MEET THE JONES'The Resting Hill is situated at Hafod Farm, a traditional hill beef & sheep farm run by third generation farmers Gordon and his wife Claire.

We believe in providing a truly personal service to all families that visit us, whether that is someone proactively choosing their own site, or families visiting for the scattering itself.
We are friendly and supportive, preferring actual phone calls and site visits, to email correspondence, and will accompany, guide and support you through the whole process from start to finish.
It is never an easy time, but we aim to make it as beautiful and as personal an experience as possible.

We started this business as we wanted to find a unique and sustainable method of diversification that allowed us to capitalise on our beautiful existing resource - our impressive hill! A conversation we had with a man years ago about how his wish was to be set free on our hill, has led us to create the vision that is, The Resting Hill. Sharing our incredible land and views with others so that they can be used as a source of comfort and reassurance, makes us truly happy.
Encouraging families to start discussions about what will happen once they’ve passed is something that is important to us. It is often an uncomfortable conversation to have but it is vital for really understanding and honouring our loved one’s wishes.
